According to a report from St. Louis Blues insider Lou Korac, the team will be scratching star forward Jordan Kyrou for tonight's game against the Buffalo Sabres.

Kyrou has four goals and eight points in 14 games so far this season.

Kyrou has had clashes with seemingly every coach he's had in his NHL career, so maybe this shouldn't come as a complete shock. Still, there's got to be more to this... no?

Blues head coach Jim Montgomery told the media that he had to make a change to his lineup following last night's loss to the Washington Capitals and this is the move he felt most comfortable making. Still, there are plenty of rumors swirling around that Kyrou could be on the move via trade... as early as this evening.

It's no secret that the Montreal Canadiens were pushing hard for Kyrou this past offseason and the player himself has hinted at wanting a change of scenery. Might we finally see a deal come to fruition?
