There are few things worse than getting hit the nuts, but one of them has to be getting hit in the nuts when you never saw it coming in the first place.

Arizona Coyotes Mikkel Boedker forward was probably just as surprised as he was hurt when he went down in a heap immediately after a face off in the first period. There's no way he could have seen, what was a blatant low blow from Winnipeg Jets captain Andrew Ladd, coming his way, and for that reason it probably hurt like hell.

To add insult to injury, there was no call on the play, so Boedker was left to recover from both the shock and the obvious pain on the bench.
