Theses are two BIG BOYS goin' at it!
There once was a time when a heavyweight fight was a nightly occurrence in the NHL.
Those days are long gone, but we're still treated to a heavyweight tilt every now and then.
And tonight, we got two true heavyweights tee'ing off at center ice just like in the good old days.
Tampa Bay Lightning giant Curtis Douglas who stands 6'9" and weighs 242 lbs got dropped by Pittsburgh Penguins forward Boko Imama, no slouch himself at 6'1" and 220 lbs. Douglas, who isn't afraid of anyone, is still learning the finer points of NHL fighting though and has some trouble staying on his feet at times. Such was the case tonight after getting tagged by Imama at center ice.
