Brad Marchand shows off his new training program featuring his 5 year old daughter

It may be the middle of the NHL offseason, but that doesn't mean that NHL players are all lazing up by pounding beers and cheeseburgers at the lake house. No... that's just me.

Rather, most NHLers are getting into the swing of things this month and are hitting the gym to get back into playing shape. That's especially true for some of the league's oldest players, namely 38 year old Florida Panthers forward Brad Marchand.

Marchand's wife Sloane shared an adorable video of her husband and their youngest daughter getting after it in their home gym.

Is this adorable? Absolutely.

Do I like how it humanizes Brad Marchand for me? Absolutely not.

I'm conflicted and confused. All I know is that I need to see Marchand act like a rat again ASAP so that I know everything is right with the world.
