The Sens captain describes a "weird and scary" moment for him on Saturday
Good news, Ottawa Senators fans it looks like captain Brady Tkachuk is going to be just fine.
Tkachuk told reporters today that he'll be good to go for Game 1 the Senators' playoff run and could potentially return to action as early as tomorrow for their regular season finale.
Tkachuk was injured on Saturday evening in a game against the New York Islanders when Isles defenseman Ryan Pulock jumped off his own bench and bumped into Tkachuk. Tkachuk then tried to return to his own bench but looked unsteady on his skates and nearly fell over.
He told reporters today that he temporarily lost his vision in a "weird and scary" moment, but that all tests seem to indicate he'll be okay.
