Being a coach is pretty rough. You have absolutely no employment security and can get fired anytime. You're under a lot of pressure each day to produce results and profits for your team. Media are all over you, especially when you're doing bad.

Thing is, being a profesionnal coach seems addicting, because veterans stay in the business for a long, long time. Today, one of the most experienced coach what hired as assistant-coach. Lindy Ruff will be joining the New York Rangers.

Ruff is well known around the league. He stayed in Buffalo for 14 seasons before being fired and moving to Dallas. He's obviously very knowledgeable about the game and knows how to get the most out of his players. His last season behind the Star's bench didn't exactly go according to plan, but he will join a proven and excelling team in the Rangers.

Good luck in the next few seasons sir!
