Breaking: 22 NHL teams scouting tonight's game!
KeyStone Press

The Detroit Red Wings are in Ontario tonight taking on the Ottawa Senators, and several teams have decided to take in the game.

This is huge - as Bruce Garrioch mentions - there are 11 other games on tap for tonight and this is quite early in the season for so many teams to be scouting a single game.

The question is - who are they looking at?

The Chicago Blackhawks and Montreal Canadiens both have 2 representatives at the game so they are likely two of the more serious contenders for a trade. Detroit and Ottawa have both been rumored in trade talks recently.

On Detroit's side, Mike Green's name has come up pretty often as of late. There's also been mention of Gustav Nyquist and Tomas Tartar. It's very unlikely that captain Henrik Zetterberg goes anywhere, but at his age and production level, he could be an interesting trade chip if Ken Holland doesn't feel like playing the loyalty card.

There's also Jimmy Howard who has another year at nearly $5.3 million. Considering the transition phase Detroit is in, most of their players are likely on the table, save for a player like Dylan Larkin.

Who would you like to see traded?
