Breaking: Agent confirms big trade rumors around the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Earlier today we reported on rumors that forward Peter Holland could be headed to the trading block, and now we have confirmation of those rumors.

TSN insider Darren Dreger has now reported that player agent Joe Resnick, the man who currently represents the aforementioned Peter Holland, has received confirmation from the Leafs that they are currently working towards trading Holland.

"Peter and Lou met this weekend. At this time, it appears that Peter's future with the club is limited and, Lou will do his best to trade him," stated Resnick. "Lou also stated that Peter not go on the road trip during this time frame..

There's no longer any doubt that Holland's time as a Leaf is coming to an end, the question now becomes who will have interest and where will he end up. Dreger hasn't provided any further details in this regard but with the amount of news leaking on this front today we could hear more soon.
