Breaking: Big update on two injured Bruins today.

The Boston Bruins got what appears to be some good news from practice today.

Speaking to the media, Boston Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy provided updates on two key injuries for his team, specifically injured defensemen Colin Miller and Brandon Carlo.

Cassidy first indicated that Carlo had shown some minor improvements today:

"Carlo skated today, doing OK, he's day to day..."

The news on Miller also appeared to be promising:

"Colin Miller's better, so we'll have an update in the morning."

Very good signs for the Bruins who now find themselves down a game in the series.
