The Boston Bruins held practice on Tuesday morning, but one defenseman was missing from the skate. 

Defensemen Kevan Miller was absent today, and the team has revealed that he did not attend for personal reasons. 

No further details were given on his absence. The Bruins take on the Detroit Red Wings tomorrow night.

In 26 games with the Bruins this season, Miller has recorded five assists, and a +1 rating.
