Breaking: Bruins lose yet another goaltender to injury, forced to make emergency replacement.

The last thing the Boston Bruins needed with Tuukka Rask already sidelined after re-aggravating an injury late last week was another injury in net, unfortunately that's exactly what they got.

With the Bruins fielding both goaltenders Anton Khudobin as well as Malcolm Subban at pracitce on Monday disaster struck, and according to Boston Bruins' insider Joe Haggerty, Anton Khubodin has now left that practice with an injury.

As a result it appears that Malcolm Subban will be the player who gets the nod, but that will bring absolutely zero comfort to fans in Boston who are aware of just how poorly he has performed in the American Hockey League this season.

Since returning from a devastating injury, a fractured larynx, Subban has put up a record of 0-3-1 since his return and has recorded a 4.50 goals against average to go along with an equally catastrophic .846 save percentage, and again this is at the AHL level.

This seems like an unmitigated disaster for the Bruins, and depending on the severity of the injuries to both Rask and Khudobin, this may be one that's hard to bounce back from.
