New defenseman officially on the trade market
Rumors are rolling pretty fast today as we are heading to the trade freeze by 3 pm.
However, this one is not a rumor but news. According to the top insider Elliotte Friedman, Tobias Enstrom has done WIN a huge favour, agreed to waive his NMC to help the Jets with the expansion draft.
Enstrom, 32-years-old, played 676 games in the NHL with the Atlanta Thrashers and the Winnipeg Jets. He scored 53 goals and registered 249 assists for a total of 302 points.
The veteran defenseman was drafted in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft by the Atlanta Thrashers in the eighth round, 239th overall.
