Breaking: “Developing” trade talks around NHL captain.

For many of our readers talk surrounding Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog won't come as a surprise the rumors that the Avalanche captain was being shopped have been the talk of the National Hockey League.

On Tuesday however TSN insider Darren Dreger seemed to indicate that those talks were truly picking up.

"There's more talk around Gabe Landeskog... which won't be surprising to some. But the talk seems to be developing."

Landeskog's name has been linked to several teams around the league, most recently in connection to the Boston Bruins who reportedly rejected a trade offer from the Avalanche, so it's difficult to gauge which teams could still be in play here. 

Dreger is expected to expand on that report later this evening.
