Breaking: Disaster averted for Marchand!

It was reported Friday morning that Brad Marchand may have sustained an injury that could keep him out of game action. 

He was one of three players missing in practice on Friday.

Marchand was seen favoring his knee during the Vegas Golden Knights game back on Thursday night. It was a cause for concern that he missed the subsequent morning's practice, but it was reported this morning that he appears to be okay.

This is crucial news for Boston Bruins fans, as the team has been dealing with endless injuries to key players - and the last thing they need is a leg injury to their most productive forward.

Marchand has 13 points in only 11 games so far, and appears poised to be a top producer in the NHL for a second consecutive season.
