We have our first major update regarding Sidney Crosby's concussion.

According to a report from Sportsnet's Eric Engels he has been informed by Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Mike Sullivan that there is a good chance that Sidney Crosby will be practicing with his teammates tomorrow, indicating that he may be nearing game shape.

Sullivan described it as a "possibility" but if he is providing this information to the media you have to believe that there is a strong belief within the organization that Crosby will be on the ice with his teammates.

More updates to come as they become available.
