There is currently a ton of activity in the National Hockey League and it looks like things are only going to get even more intense.

After Ottawa Senators insider Bruce Garrioch announced that 22-year-old center Curtis Lazar had been made a healthy scratch this evening TSN insider Darren Dreger dropped a bombshell report.

According to Dreger Lazar's agent JP Barry is schedule to meet with Ottawa Senators general manager Pierre Dorion this week and it sounds like Barry's intentions are quite clear, he is expected to demand that Dorion trade his young client.

Lazar was the Senators first round pick in 2013(17th overall) and the belief is that there is a legitimate concern in his camp about his lack of playing time and therefore lack of development in the Senators organization.

There has been speculation around Lazar already this season, although it remains to be seen if Dorion will acquiesce to Lazar's demands.
