He will certainly be their best far

Add another name to the roster in Vegas as George McPhee and the Golden Knights have announced that they’ve selected right winger James Neal from the Nashville Predators in the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft.

The draft, currently ongoing as part of the NHL Awards show in Las Vegas, stipulates that teams may only protect a maximum of 10 skaters and 1 goaltender and evidently Neal didn’t make the cut for the Nashville.

In 632 career NHL games, he has produced 238 goals and 451 points. He put up 25 goals and 44 points in games, last season.
