The New-York Rangers just got a tremendous news as the doctors cleared Mika Zibanejad to practice in a regular jersey, meaning he's closing in on a return.

The Rangers will face the Toronto Maple Leafs in New-York friday night before heading to Montreal where they'll matchup against the Canadiens on saturday night. Alain Vigneault remained quiet about Zibanejad but one could expect the Rangers' forward will at least travel with the team to Montreal.

Zibanejad broke his fibula on November 20th and was scheduled to miss approximatively 6-8 weeks of action. The centerman scored 5 goals and added 10 helpers for 15 points in 19 games, a much better scoring pace than former Rangers, Derick Brassard who's got 20 points in 40 games so far.
