Breaking: Great news from Bruins practice on Tuesday.

Big news for the Bruins

The Boston Bruins have had to deal with significant injuries to multiple members of their line up since the very first game of the regular season, and the positive updates have seemed few and far between.

Fortunately the Bruins got some very good news on Tuesday when veteran forward David Krejci made his return to practice and for the first time since his injury was wearing a regular jersey. While Krejci had been on the ice prior to today, every time it was with a non-contact injury that effectively indicated he was not ready to return to action in the National Hockey League.

The 31-year-old forward was off to a red hot start to his season with 1 goal and 5 assists for a total of 6 points in 6 games played, but his injury obviously put an end to that. Both the Bruins and Krejci will be hoping that he can recapture that form when he eventually returns to the lineup.

The Bruins play the Ducks on Wednesday and that is quickly followed by a match up with the Kings, while this is merely speculation it seems likely that Krejci will make his return during one of those games.
