The former number one netminder for the Pittsburgh Penguins has been the subject of rampant trade speculation in recent weeks and we have another big update on those rumors today.
TSN insider Bob McKenziehas reported that the Penguins while actively looking to trade Marc-Andre Fleury, will look to buy him out prior to the expansion draft should that trade fail to materialize. This would of course certainly mean that the Penguins would hold on to Fleury for their post-season run should they fail to trade him.
