Breaking: Jagr will play in Europe

Veteran Jaromir Jagr is expected to skate for Kladno of the second-tier Czech league (so-called first league, as compared to Extraleague) this weekend. The club will face HC Zubr Přerov.

Jagr has been practicing with the team. Although the team is reportedly supporting Jagr in achieving his goal of breaking the record of games played in the NHL, they would rather see him Kladno’s colours this season.

Hearing that Jaromir Jagr is expected to play for Kladno on Saturday, September 30th. However, this doesn't mean that he will remain there.

As of course Jagr is practicing with Kladno, I'm told that "Obviously an option" that he would play there.

Jagr owns HC Kladno, known also as Rytíři Kladno (Kladno Knights). In the NHL, the Calgary Flames and the Arizona Coyotes have shown interest in signing Jagr for the upcoming season.
