The Winnipeg Jets will be forced to play without one of their first-rounder, Marko Dano. The Austrian crashed into the board during their last game against the Columbus Blue Jackets and was helped off the ice. Dano will mis roughly 8 weeks with a lower-body injury, coach Paul Maurice said. The Jets organization didn't provide the specifics of the injury.
Dano scored 3 goals and added 7 helpers for 10 points in 28 games this season.
