BREAKING: Judgement came through

Wednesday, David Pastrnak hit Dan Girardi in what was deemed a head shot when the Bruins visited New York to play against the Rangers. Today, Pastrnak had his hearing with the Department of Player Safety, and judgement came through.

Pastrnak is to serve a two-day suspension for his headshot. This is not good news for the team, as one of their more performant forwards will be asked to miss two games. This means that he won’t participate in both games against the Red Wings this Saturday and against the Panthers next Tuesday.
