More bad news for the Boston Bruins on the injury front.

Forward David Krejci, who was absent from Saturday's game against the Buffalo Sabres because of a nagging back problem, missed practice today for the third straight day.

Afterwards, coach Bruce Cassidy confirmed that Krejci will miss at least the next two games against the San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings.

David Backes was in Krejci's place centering Jake DeBrusk and David Pastrnak, and presumably could man the middle on Thursday night.

However the good news was that there is positive development in the cases of Kevan Miller and goalie Tuukka Rask. Miller appeared to ready for full duty during the skate as Rask was also a full participant.
