There were rumors earlier today that the Pittsburgh Penguins would be making a change to their line-up, however at the time head coach Mike Sullivan would only confirm that it would be a game time decision.

Now however Penguins beat writer Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting that National Hockey League veteran Patric Hornqvist will in fact be replacing 25-year-old forward Tom Kuhnhackl this evening.

According to Mackey Hornqvist was on the ice for warm-ups prior to Pittsburgh's match up against the Colorado Avalanche on Monday night while Kuhnhackl was absent, effectively confirming the change.

Also worth noting here, head coach Mike Sullivan confirmed that goaltender Matt Murray would not play tonight earlier in the day.
