No one ever believed things would get this bad. For the first time in 13 years the Toronto Maple Leafs have failed to sell out a game at the Air Canada Centre. Most felt that no matter how bad things got for Toronto fans would continue to support the team, and recent years have shown this belief to be true. However for the first time ever Leaf fans are speaking with their wallets, something they have failed to do in the past, and something many believe has allowed a culture of mediocrity to seep in to the upper management of team.
