Breaking : Major update on Mike Fisher's date of return.

With the Stanley Cup finals beginning tomorrow (already?), all eyes are obviously turned on the Penguins and the Predators. It was a long and tough season for both teams and some players were lost to injuries. Both teams had at least a few star out of the roster for a while, but none is more missed than Preds' Mike Fisher.

After taking a violent knee to the head against the Ducks on Game 4, he left the ice and never returned. Many were worried about his condition, especially since the team was pretty quiet about the issue. However, coach Laviolette opened up on Fisher during a brief press scrum today. 

It's not 100% sure yet, but chances are pretty good to see Fisher on the ice for game one tomorrow. It would be an excellent morale boost for the Nashville squad ahead of their most historic series in the franchise history.
