Breaking: Major updates on Crosby, Letang, and Murray.

There was a great deal of huge news at the Pittsburgh Penguins practice this morning,

First up the Penguins star forward and captain, Sidney Crosby. According to multiple reports Crosby was the first man out on the ice this morning, and he still has not been ruled out of tonight's game, and while it's not official several signs point to him playing this evening, including time spent practicing on the team's top power player unit.

Next up injured rookie sensation Matt Murray who has yet to play a single game this season. According to a report from Sportsnet insider Elliotte Friedman, Murray was in the backup net for Pittsburgh this morning, and while we don't have as much information regarding Murray, Friedman stated that he was "another potential return for tonight."

Last but not least, star defenseman Kris Letang was back on the ice today, although he was sporting a no-contact jersey. This is a clear indication that Letang is not ready to play this evening, however his return to the ice in any capacity is progress, and when you consider the injury woes for Pittsburgh to start the season, any good news is welcome.

More to come.
