The Toronto Maple Leafs have added a new name to their roster.

TSN senior hockey reporter Frank Seravalli has just revealed that the Toronto Maple Leafs have signed 23-yea-old Miro Aaltonen of the Kontinental Hockey League.

Aaltonen, a former Anaheim Ducks sixth round draft pick in 2013, spent the last season with the KHL's Chekhov Vityaz and appeared in 59 games for that organization.

Over that stretch he had 19 goals and 25 assists for a total of 44 points and a plus minus rating of -4. No word yet on where Aaltonen is expected to report.
