Breaking: Mark Streit clears waivers might not report to AHL!

To no one surprise, veteran defensemen Mark Streit has cleared waivers today.

He will now have to report to the Habs' AHL affiliate, the Laval Rocket but sources says he might opt not to and prefer void his contract to return to Europe.
