Breaking: Multiple sources claim NHL coach is about to be fired.

It sounds like one National Hockey League coach is about to be looking for a new job, and we bet some fans are wondering why it took this long.

According to multiple sources Montreal Canadiens head coach Michel Therrien is done in Montreal, and in fact some sources believe the Canadiens have already started the process of finding a new coach despite Therrien still currently having his job.

RDS analyst Pete Yannopoulos has revealed that the Canadiens met with Guy Carbonneau for an extended length of time late last evening, although Yannopoulos did not confirm that he was being viewed as a potential replacement.

Brian Wilde has also stated that Montreal is shopping for a new coach, and several other sources have now stated Therrien has less than a week left on the job.
