NHL forced to postpone one of its games tonight

The current winter storm that is striking the northeastern part of the United States is causing some problems to the NHL.

As reported by PuckDaddy and Yahoo sports, ’“Tuesday’s game between the New Jersey Devils and Winnipeg Jets will be postponed. The two teams have rescheduled their meeting at Prudential Center for March 28.

New Jersey is expecting to receive as much as two feet of snow along with freezing rain falling that might be too dangerous for the population who would try to go to the arena for the game.

It’s nothing new this year as two other games has been postponed. One was due to the Hurricane Matthew as the other was due to a compressor in PNC Arena who broke up before the game.

Good news for the fans as they can reuse their tickets for the new date.
