The New York Rangers sure have been busy today.
First they acquired defenceman Keith Yandle from the Arizona Coyotes for Anthony Duclair, John Moore and a 2016 first round pick.
Then Gm Glen Sather made another move getting center James Sheppard from the San Jose Sharks for a fourth-round pick in the 2016 NHL Draft.
Then they swapped forward Lee Stepniak with Winnipeg Jets prospect Carl Klingberg.
Well the busy day just got busier, as the Rangers have put the finishing touches on their "master plan".
They have signed forward Mats Zuccarello to a four year extension reportedly worth $18 million dollars. The deal likely includes a partial no-trade clause.
