Breaking: NHL head coach expected to be fired.

It sounds like at least one more National Hockey League had coach is about to lose his job, and given some of the comments made this week it shouldn't come as much of a surprise.

According to comments made by TSN hockey insider Darren Dreger it appears that head coach Dave Cameron is on his way out of Ottawa sooner rather than later.

"When I left the (rink) last night, I had a pretty good sense Dave Cameron was not going to back as head coach of the Senators next year," said Dreger as per Nichols on Hockey.

Dreger stated it was more than likely a change behind the bench would occur, and given the extremely harsh criticism owner Eugene Melnyk levied against his organisation this week it's not all that surprising.

"By the sounds of things in Ottawa, it is more than likely there'll be a coaching change for next season."\

Some feel ownership has been a huge part of the problem in Ottawa, but that doesn't seem as if it's likely to change any time soon, and it sounds like Cameron is simply out of luck and out of time.
