Breaking: P.K. Subban makes a huge promise to fans in Montreal!

P.K. Subban may no longer be a Montreal Canadien, but he's still very much a part of the city of Montreal itself.

On Wednesday Subban was back in at the Montreal Children's Hospital to celebrate the one year anniversary of the massive $10 million dollar pledge he made to that organization and naturally during that event he spoke with the media and he also answered questions from some of his young fans.

According to Douglas Gelevan a report for CBC Montreal Subban was asked by one of those young fans what he would do if he were to win the Stanley Cup as a member of the Nashville Predators, and in delivering his answer Subban made a huge promise to his fans in the city.

"If I win a Stanley Cup this year there is no doubt it's coming back here."

It's a big guarantee from Subban, and no doubt one that will only further endear him to the fan base in Montreal. Were it to happen this year it would be interesting to see how the city would react to his return with the Cup, he is still very much a beloved figure in Montreal.
