Breaking: Penguins make a major change to the line up just before the game.

Big change from the Penguins tonight.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have made a major change to their line up just moments before the start of their second game of the season.

The Penguins opened the season with a grueling 5-4 overtime loss to the St. Louis Blues on Wednesday night and it seems like that was enough to prompt them to make a swap in goal.

That means two-time Stanley Cup Champion goalie Matt Murray will be stepping aside and veteran goaltender Antti Niemi will instead be the starter when the Penguins take on the Chicago Blackhawks this evening.

It's unclear if Murray tweaked something during the loss to St. Louis, or if this is merely a case of not wanting to give him back to back starts to open the season, however you have to believe that the Blackhawks will welcome this change.
