Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Olli Maatta will play tonight against the Chicago Blackhawks, as reported by The Athletic hockey insider Seth Rorabaugh on Twitter.
Maatta missed the morning skate due to an illness.
Pittsburgh first choice in 2012 (22nd overall) has registered 75 points in 241 games played in the NHL. He added 19 points in 56 playoff games.
This season, the Finnish defenseman has 11 points in 21 games.
