Early report from the Pens morning skate suggests that Mike Sullivan might be tempted to sacrifice talent for size.

As reported by Dan Rosen (Senior Writer for NHL.com) live from the Pens practice Carl Hagelin was still on the ice with the other scratches, looking like he will be a scratch again for Game 2.

Hagelin proved the NHL to be a playoff players as he ranked ranks 2nd with most Game 7 wins in NHL history. Carl Hagelin can play different roles on the ice but it appears coach Sullivan prefers Rowney’s size in this series compared to Hagelin speed/ability to create space.
