With Patrice Bergeron returning to the lineup after a short absence, the Boston Bruins have sent Austin Czarnik back to the Providence Bruins.

In his first two official season games with the Bruins, Czarnik has managed to get two penalty minutes and no points. In 68 games with the Providence Bruins last season, he managed to score 20 goals and land 41 assists, totaling 61 points. He was ranked 7th in the AHL in terms of points and 11th in assists in 2015-2016.

In five games at the preseason level, the 23-year old Czarnik tolled two point, one goal and one assist.
