Breaking: Preds forward facing suspension after game misconduct for vicious headshot

The Nashville Predators took on the Colorado Avalanche Saturday night and defeated them in convincing fashion.

While they are happy with the 5-2 scoreline, they are certainly not happy with forward Austin Watson, who drew a boarding penalty for a vicious hit on Avs rookie Dominic Toninato.

It was his first game too.

The NHL Player Safety Department announced that Watson may face supplemental discipline.
