The Nashville Predators will likely get a key player back in the lineup tonight against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Nick Bonino, signed to an affordable deal over the summer - at $4.1 million annually for 4 years - has only suited up for 5 games this season and has 1 goal to his name.
Bonino has missed 10 games since suffering a lower-body injury. It was originally considered a day-to-day ailment but the team ended up placing him on IR, expecting him to be out for a few weeks.
The demotion of Frederick Gaudreau signalled an apparent return to the lineup, as he was mainly occupying Bonino's role in the lineup.
