His new deal will keep him with the Blueshirts for three more years.

The New York Rangers have announced that they’ve signed restricted free-agent forward Jesper Fast to a three-year contract worth $5.55 million.
In 68 games with the Rangers last season, the 25 year-old Fast scored six goals and 21 points. He also managed six points in 12 playoff games for the Blueshirts in 2016-17. Look for him to take the next step in his career and put up 30+ points in 2017-18.
