BREAKING: Red Wings' Affiliate Name Captains

The Grand Rapids Griffins have named their captains.

The Detroit Red Wings’ AHL affiliate Grand Rapids Griffins have announced their group of leaders ahead of the 2016-2017 regular season.

They’ve named Nathan Paetsch as team captain, while Ben Street, Brian Lashoff and Matthew Ford will play the roles of assistants.
