BREAKING: Red Wings Place Player On Waivers

The Red Wings make more roster adjustments.

While the scare that Ben Street suffered when he was struck in the neck by a skate turned out to (thankfully) be nothing significant, the 29-year-old has been placed on waivers.

With a little under 10 minutes to go until official roster announcements are made across the National Hockey League, this comes as good news for a player who many believed had suffered a major injury.

the kind of good news overlooked is that Ben Street is also on waivers. He won't get claimed, but it means he's healthy enough to waive.
