We have a stunning update on the rumors surrounding Boston Bruins star forward David Pastrnak.
Late last week a report from a Russian media outlet claimed that Pastrnak and his management were seriously considering offers from teams in the Kontinental Hockey League and now a second source has corroborated those rumors.
According to a report from KHL insider Aivis Kalnins, the agent for Pastrnak's dealings in Europe has confirmed that he has received multiple offers from the KHL. He also made the following comment:
"Not much would change if we decided to go that direction for a year," said the agent as per Kalnins.
Pastrnak is coming off a huge 34 goals and 36 assists season, the best of his career, and needless to say his leaving the Bruins would be a disastrous loss for that franchise.
