The Ottawa Senators have announced that center Logan Brown has been sent down to the minors.

The young 19-year-old is heading back to Windsor in the Ontario Hockey League. The Senators cannot call him back up unless it is on an emergency basis or once the Spitfires' season is over.

In four games with the Senators this season, he amassed one assist.

He is joining the Spitfires, with whom he recorded 14 goals and 40 points in 35 games last season.

Brown was selected in the first round, 11th overall by the Sens, in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
