Bad news for the Montreal Canadiens and prospect Jeremiah Addison.
The team has announced Friday at training camp that Addison is out indefinitely due to a shoulder injury and he will require surgery.
Poor Addison gets hurt at a bad time, he who had been very successful last year in the juniors, with the OHL's Windsor Spitfires. He will have to wait to prove to the Habs what he can bring to the roster.
Addison was selected seventh-round pick (207th overall) by the Canadiens in 2015, and suited up for 51 games with the Spitfires last season, registering 24 goals and 19 assists along with 62 penalty minutes.
