Montreal Canadiens forward Jonathan Drouin left today's game with an upper-body injury, after he received a puck in the back area in the second period of their game against the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday afternoon.

As reported on Twitter by hockey insider Jon Lu, Drouin was seen leaving the building in street clothes, possibly to go to the hospital for precautionary reason. Drouin will get x-rays to make sure the injury is not too serious.

Before today's game, Drouin had seven goals and 19 assists for a total of 26 points in 46 games.

The Canadiens won that game by a score of 4-2. They will play their next game tomorrow afternoon against the Ottawa Senators.

We will keep you updated on Drouin status.
