Breaking: The Maple Leafs have lost a player for the remainder of the playoffs!

The Toronto Maple Leafs have just been dealt a devastating blow.

Head coach Mike Babcock has just announced that veteran defenseman Roman Polak has suffered a season-ending injury, and will not be returning at any point during the post-season for the Maple Leafs.

Needless to say this is a massive blow to the blue line of a young playoff team both in terms of talent on defense as well as the fact that they are losing one of their only players with limited playoff experience.
