Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Matt Murray was pulled out of Monday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers, as he was injured to a leg after being pushed into the goal post by Jakub Voracek and the update on his condition is not good.

According to TSN insider Bob Mckenzie, Murray could be out from two to four weeks.

After Tuesday's practice, Pens head coach Mike Sullivan confirmed that Murray is week-to-week with a lower-body injury.

The Penguins did officially call up Casey DeSmith, as well earlier this morning.

GM Jim Rutherford could make some calls to land help in between the pipes.

As for top forward Evgeni Malkin, he will be evaluated on a day-to-day basis and will travel with the team.
